A MUST-do workshop - the foot muscles carry your body weight (and sometimes more!) for most of the day, and they are responsible for giving you a strong and good foundation for the joints above them: the knees and pelvis!
With a strong foot, you can avoid symptoms such as: foot pain, hallux valgus (a protruding bone in the big toe), spurs, internal or external collapse, flat feet, and more.
Price for individuals: 80 NIS - one and a quarter hour workshop
Price for teachers: 350 NIS for 3 hours and includes instruments.
